In case you miss any sessions on any of the weeks, you have the option to review the session recordings and be part of the group process through the discussion forum in the Learning Management System (LMS).
All sessions are recorded and will be available to review for all participants until the end of the program.
Post-program, all participants have the option to join a practice community to be in practice with one another through weekly prompts.
