Welcome to the Inner Work Through Gītā - 1 journey.

Over the following 12 weeks we will journey through the Bhagavad Gītā in a personal and immersive way exploring the idea of Svadharma.

In this process, you will get an opportunity to encounter yourself through the lens this ancient scripture in a carefully held self-reflective space along with fellow seekers on this path.

In order for you to gain the most of from this journey, we invite you to pay attention to the below points.

Be in a quiet space with minimal or no interruptions during the time of the sessions.
Ensure a stable WiFi that is strong enough for being present in the session through a video call.
Join the live session through a desktop, laptop, or iPad. Avoid joining from mobile devices as it can limit your group engagement. Group interaction is a vital part of this journey.
Keep a notebook and pen for journaling the evocations, insights, and learnings from the sessions. It is recommended to have your journal hand-written instead of typing into a mobile or laptop.
Keep a set of wax crayons or colour pastels with you. We will have reflective art practices as part of this journey.
If you are joining early morning for this session, it is recommended that you plan your Friday evening in a way to ensure adequate sleep and rest, so you can join the live session on time with a fresh mind.
You need to sign up on the 'Join Live Sessions' link in this section to receive the Zoom link for the session. Zoom link is auto-generated upon sign-up.
Once you join the Zoom link, you will be directed to a waiting page. The page lets you into the live session at sharp 7:30 AM IST on Saturdays.
In case you miss a live session, recordings will be available in the corresponding week's section in the Learning Management System (LMS) for reviewing the session. It is recommended you utilise the discussion forum in the LMS to continue to share your reflections after the session and through the week.
